Mance Lipscomb - Hattie Green

Mance Lipscomb, the pride of Navasota, Texas, left the planet on this date in 1976. Like the other "rediscovered" blues artists of his generation (hey, they knew where they were all along), it's gratifying to think that his last years were in some ways his best.
